Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
I utilize EZ Texting to send out daily Bible verses to a network of current and former youth and youth workers I have been involved with. The ease of use of EZ Texting allows me to focus on the content I send, and not the process I use. The cost of EZ Texting makes this part of my ministry very cost effective. I can continue having contact with this network at a very reasonable cost.
- Customer Service is top notch - responsive and helpful
- Text distribution is accurate and on time
- The analysis of the text results gives me the chance to edit my list as needed
- Very easy to maneuver through the EZ Texting website
- Automatically keeps my credit units updated so I don't have to worry about missing a text
- There is really nothing that I can find that I would correct!
- I appreciate the ease for new recipients to add their number to the list
- My contact list has tripled in the time that I have used EZ Texting
EZ Texting provided excellent onboarding. It was easy to use their website "out of the box". I did have one time that I used a word that flagged my account, and a quick call to Customer Service resolved the issue and my text message was cleared. I appreciated that their system does try to catch issues.

I used a phrase in one of my text messages that was a red flag for CallFire and they prevented the text from going. I believe that the word was "lottery" and promoting a lottery from their texts was against company policy. I was using the word in a completely different manner. They saw this and immediately cleared my text message.
