Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

Mass personalized communication to clients databases with promotional offers and announcements. It allows us to find current in market shoppers in our current database with trackable links. We primarily use the MMS feature and have seen double to sometimes triple the response rate from shoppers since the image is a visual transfer of trust for shoppers instead of just live type and a link for them to click on.

  • We have seen a 100% click rate on links sent when using MMS over regular live type messaging.
  • We have seen an additional 50% claim rate on our promotional coupons and vouchers when using MMS campaign.
  • We have seen an average of about 150% increase in client spend on text messaging after running their initial first campaign because of the results they get.
I give a 10 rating but we only use EZ Texting for basic mass communication. I have no experience setting up an automated or drip campaigns. The mass text mesaage campaigns are extremely easy to use especially with the AI suggested live copy assistant! the reporting is very user friendly and easy to understand as well.
AI compose saves us a lot of time on trying to come up with creative live type. It’s also very nice in writing up messages based on the the type of campaign you want to put out there when it asks what tome you want your message to have like sales, formal, informal etc. It also helps utilize emojis in the messaging as well. We have seen a slight increase in interactions since utilizing the emojis.

As stated before, communication on a mass scale to mine through customer databases and find current in market shoppers to turn them into buyers. EZ Texting is less appropriate, for our needs at least, for one ok one conversation with clients customers. Since we only white label our products to customers, which isn’t available with EZ Texting, our clients can’t monitor inbound responses.
