Overall Satisfaction with F5 BIG-IP
The biggest need that F5 BIG-IP addresses for us is application delivery. We use the F5 product to deliver our top apps.

- Support used to be better and more reliable, faster, and used to have fewer transfers with the need for fewer escalations than we experience now.
- Better upgrade support for users who are attempting to upgrade would be helpful.
- F5 has a positive impact over applications that it delivers as compared to Netscaler, the DNS functionality has allowed us to move between datacenter in cases which reduce outages by 25% compared to competitors who do not move more.
F5 interface is better and more user friendly and the technology is just better. F5 WAF is better and easier to integrate than Imperva WAF which I have seen introduce latency.
