I think Fireflies is easier to use than Gong. It may not have as many features (that I could tell, at least), but it was way quicker and easier to use.

I used it for two main reasons - to receive coaching from my managers, and to record and listen back to sales calls. More often for coaching, as some other software were more often utilized for sales calls (not necessarily because they were better, however).
