Overall Satisfaction with FloQast
Investcloud currently uses FloQast to manage its close process, account reconciliations, and flux analysis.
- Close Management - the status of close tasks and indication of where we are and what is late
- Account Reconciliations - the status of account recs, indication of where we are and what is late, and all the recs can be very easily accessed and centrally located.
- The software is easy to learn and train others on its functions.
- Flux Analysis - This module could use some enhancing, i.e. consolidation of the reports, an ability to download all reports or range of reports, etc.
- Also, when adding tasks via the upload template - one should be able to apend to the existing data instead of having to download existing data, make additions and then upload total population of tasks.
- The dashboard is somewhat misleading in the number of tasks late when on the timeline screen.

- Teams are more focused and understand the deadlines, so we can close timely.
- All account reconciliations are now being reviewed and there is evidence of review.
- A central location of close management is critical to teams.
