Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use FloQast as a vital tool to support our month-end close. We maintain our close checklist in FloQast and use it track all journal entries and tasks. The sign-off feature, the ability to add comments, and the ability to attach files are great for documentation (and audit) purposes. We also use FloQast for our general ledger account reconciliations. Similar to the close checklist, it has been an excellent tool for monitoring the completion status of the reconciliations. FloQast also makes it easy to re-assign reconciliations (or tasks) in bulk to other team members. It's one of the best tools I've used, and I'd highly recommend it to any organization looking to take their month-end close process to the next level.

FloQast is one of the best tools I've used to support the month-end close process. I'd highly recommend it to any organization looking to take their month-end close process to the next level. It does an incredible job with keeping our month-end close cycle organized and is extremely user-friendly.

We have effectively loaded our entire month-end close checklist (journal entries as well as other ad-hoc tasks) into FloQast and use it to monitor the completion status. The sign-off feature, the ability to add comments, and the ability to attach files are great for documentation (and audit) purposes.
