Overall Satisfaction with Freshdesk

We use it to create a to do list of everything that needs to be done.
  • reminding old tasks that are left undone
  • prioritizing customers' task over internal ones
  • informing everybody on the team when a task is done
  • it could be more intuitive
  • it could be more aesthetically appealing/ easy
  • it's easier for ur to complete all the tasks without forgetting any
  • it reaches where human communication is not reaching because of forgetting
I have to say we didn't have any ticketing system before, so maybe that's one of the reasons, but it actually help us a lot completing the tasks
We actually had customers questioning us on how we got so fast lately, so I guess they noticed something changed
