Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is being used across the whole organization. It really helps in normalizing the hiring process and allows us to have all our information in one place. I also really enjoyed using it when I applied for the position I am in as it was helpful in making sure that I answered all the questions and allowed me to quickly complete the process and submit my application.

Allows user to have all applicants at their fingertips.

Their website and app could use a bit of an update.
It seems very dull and uninteresting in color and design.
It can sometimes be difficult when writing longer excerpts.

I think it simplifies the process, leading to a return on investment.
It helps you find the best candidate for the position which also is a huge ROI because you are getting your money's worth.
It allows for a fast process, which means you spend less of your valuable time trying to find a candidate.

I truly think Frontline Recruiting & Hiring is one of the higher up and more useful websites to manage all your hiring needs. It allows for simplified, and fast-tracked hiring processes and helps increase efficiency. I also think that although the design and layout is not perfect it is significantly better than that of ZipRecruiter.

Support Rating

They are very helpful if necessary, but honestly, a lot of the page is easily managed on your own. This means that you do not have to spend a long time working with customer support, because you don't need it! The simplified process helps cut down on issues and makes it easily accessible and useful to any and all.

It places all information in one place and makes it easy to compare between what one applicant may have experience-wise versus another. It is also nice that all applications come into one central area. It can be difficult to use when having MANY applicants but in most cases is very useful.
