Overall Satisfaction with FullStory

I use Fullstory to understand and anticipate our user's needs. Just like any financial app, there is a lot of friction when it comes to onboarding a customer - they might have questions about security or hesitation connecting their bank accounts. These points of engagement are critical to understanding holistically. The full story allowed us to see into the points where there was friction and build the most optimal experience.

FullStory is a very powerful tool. It's very easy to collect large amounts of data or even collect unwanted sensitive data. Their customer success team does a great job of tailoring their engine to your business needs without overwhelming the business with the power of each feature. I was very impressed with the urgency of their team (sometimes feeling like an extended team) - rather than the traditional cadence of some SaaS that sunset your needs pretty quickly or point you to a self-help site. FullStory does none of that and succeeds in integrating seamlessly.
