Overall Satisfaction with FullStory

We use Fullstory to watch users utilize new features, measure funnels for trial sign up to paying customers, look for performance issues, recreate bugs, and more.
  • Recreate Bug Steps.
  • Measure performance on different browsers and device types.
  • Provide real-world use and insights on new features after launch.
  • Click from a heatmap number to a report behind the metric.
  • it has helped us refine new features to make them more market-friendly, improving subscriptions and ultimately revenue.
  • Recreation of issues without bothering end users creates a better customer experience.
Its very easy to get enabled and working. It is highly configurable which can be scary at first but its very easy to learn and use.
