Genesys Cloud CX is our Global Contact Center platform for our customers. We have an Omni-Channel implementation of Genesys Cloud CX including Voice, Email, Messaging and Chat platform.

We are constantly integrating and adding automation our Genesys Cloud CX solution with multiple systems
Initially, we started with just the phone system, followed by an omnichannel strategy by including chat and emails. We are considering social media and messaging integration in the future now.
