Overall Satisfaction with Genesys Cloud CX
We use Genesys Cloud to power our contact centers as well as a replacement for our PBX system.

- Real-Time Monitoring of agent screens.
- Call recording.
- Workforce Management.
- Business use is clunky.
- It has cost more time and money to implement than anticipated. No ROI has been realized yet.

Genesys is the top of the breed of platforms I've evaluated. I did not select Genesys Cloud. IT was selected prior to my employment at Magellan Health.
