Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart
- Collecting donor information.
- Creating organized views and reporting.
- Offering many different ways to engage donors, donations, voting, auction, instant items, etc.
- I interact with other organizations that use GiveSmart - sometimes becoming a user at their events conflicts with my profile as the admin of our org.
- I'd like to customize more notifications if tickets are purchased, users are added, etc.
- I'd like to be able to manipulate the thermometer of "champion" pages so if gifts come in offline their progress can be updated.
- Increased our fundraising revenue in a very unique year that we could not have in-person events.

It is easy to use. If you do run into a difficulty the help desk is second to none. Very helpful - [immediate] attention even on the weekends. I am so thankful to have their support as we [navigated] this first year with GiveSmart.
