Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We use GiveSmart to create event pages and GiveSmart Fundraise to create select campaign donation forms. One of our largest fundraising events requires a user-friendly peer-to-peer platform and GiveSmart worked well for this. The home page was easy to design and received well by our audience.

The internal functions are easy to use after you have been navigating the program for a while. Our audience has not had trouble accessing the features on their end. Designing event home pages for campaigns is straight forward.
Support has been helpful.
We have enjoyed being able to adjust colors to match event home pages to our brand.

GiveSmart has been a great choice for our organization and has allowed us to combine campaigns in ways we haven't been able to do so before. We have enjoyed the peer-to-peer capabilities as well as the donation forms, and the website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. So far we have successfully run several campaigns through the platform and have been satisfied with our experience.
