Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

I use it as a user to pull donations into our Database.
  • report feature to pull data
  • easy to navigate
  • easy to sign on
  • In my experience, recurring gifts not easy to see if a user changed the dollar amount
  • In my experience, if a user gives multiple gifts it's not always clear
  • increased fundraising revenue
  • improved internal efficiency
I have not used any other.
I believe it is a good product but would like the recurring or multiple gifts re-evaluated.

Easy to pull reports and import data. I don't believe it is clear on a donors record where they have multiple donations; they are grouped together.
