Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to tailor my conversations to the needs of the prospect, which increases close rate. I also use the back end metrics to understand things whether I'm asking enough questions and pausing enough, or what percentage of my calls have next steps and whether I brought up pricing. Gong makes it way easier for me to tweak my process and get better.

Gong is perfect for teams that spend the majority of their time on Zoom/Google/Teams calls. It automatically joins the room and discreetly records the conversation. Teams that are focused on refining their process and constantly improving will love gone because of all the call insights it provide. Another great use case is growing teams. If you're adding a lot of reps, Gong is invaluable because the new reps can learn from other and their manager can coach them more effectively.
