Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong to review talk tracks that I am working on. Gong will help will send reminders to me with action items. It also will provide me a report of other users at my organization and allow me to listen to take notes on their calls.
- Translating the transcript. Sometimes quicker than watching videos
- Breaking down talk track topics in a call
- Running reports based off of our Salesforce fields
- Slack integration to share with users at my organizaiton
- Recommended content for you
- Save me time on finding information i need, sound more confident and educated to prospects
- Helping me stay educated on how my peers close deals, more business
Reminds me to send follow up emails or follow up with certain prospects if I said I was going to do that in the call.
Not easy to use Zoom, Not safe to send to customers.
