Overall Satisfaction with Gong

As a IT support person that sets up the account as an administrator for users that actually use Gong in our company, I find it very easy to setup. We get many requests from our users to install and add them so they can use Gong. It is currently not a required software but is often requested.

Pros

  • Easy to administer
  • Easy to use
  • data capture is clear

Cons

  • It is a good application and I am unaware of issues that aren't working well
  • Training from the recordings makes the training of new hires more efficient saving time and money
I haven't heard any complaints from our sales team that it isn't working. We get a lot of requests to install and setup from our sales team. Have have other options available but this is the most requested.
I haven't spoken to our sales team about specific deals that have been closed. But we do not get complaints about not getting the correct information or needed information that is recorded on Gong.
I have not gotten any information regarding the trends that Gong is helping in our customer market.

Gong is a software that our Sales team uses to record conversations. It seems to be well suited as a recording software since it integrates with SalesForce. As a recording software the sales conversations are recorded for training purposes and for new hires on the sales team it works well.
