Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We use [Gong.io] to record our Customer calls and allow them to be reviewed with our Colleagues. This [is] being used organization wide for customer facing teams. It helps ensuring that we are capturing feedback properly along will assisting with Trainings to ensure that our plays are being done well. So far this has helped a lot with ensuring that we are all in the right direction when speaking with customers.

I think [Gong.io] is great for Account reviews and training calls, it allows us to review these calls for future use. It also works well to get feedback from colleagues about performance on calls. Sometimes I feel like the automatic recording on calls can be a bit intrusive for some, I do know I have to remind myself to turn it off for some internal calls for when its inappropriate for a recording.
