Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

We use Google Forms when we're completely surveys for our internal communications. We have a company book club and we use it for taking surveys about who wants to participate in it, and also our Employee Engagement team uses Google Surveys a lot to send out anonymous surveys about various work-related issues to allow everyone to feel like we can be open and honest with our responses while remaining anonymous. It definitely helps us to get employee feedback in a very quick, simple, and efficient manner.
  • It's extremely user friendly
  • Very simple layout
  • To the point
  • It doesn't look the most professional- while the simple layout is helpful for internal communications, I wouldn't recommend using it with clients or for any external commnications
  • Sometimes when you type a paragraph it continues on the same line and it makes it hard to see what you're typed so far
  • Increase in employee engagement
  • Ability for employees to feel that they can be open and honest and anonymous
I like Google Forms more than Survey Monkey. Especially for a company that uses G-Suite, it's easy to have everything under the Google umbrella under one platform. I don't think there's another platform that is as simple and to the point as Google Forms. Again, it's not intended for anything that needs to look super professional or fancy- it's just easy and efficient to use.

Do you think Google Forms delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Yes

Did Google Forms live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Google Forms again?

Yes

I would rate Google Form's overall usability as 10/10. It really is as simple as it gets, and there aren't too many buttons or dropdowns that would cause any confusion. I think it would be easy for anyone to use, regardless of their computer-savviness or capabilities. It's short, to the point, and the layout and flow of the form makes it extremely easy to follow along and fill out.
Overall, Google Forms support can mostly be found online and there are plenty of forums that make it very easy to look up any questions you have. I haven't had many issues where I've needed support, but I have not had any issues looking things up when I do. Besides internet issues, which is in no way related to the actual Google Forms, I haven't had any issues.
Google Forms is a great tool for small companies for internal communications purposes. It's easy to create a Google Form and also to participate in filling it out. It's very simple, to the point, and doesn't have many fancy functions, for better and for worse. It's a great tool to use if you have to ask your company questions and need quick, short responses. It's also easy to read the results.
