Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to reliably archive all our email, chat, and Google Drive information. For our organization, it supports our archiving and eDiscovery needs. For us, the search functionality is the best feature as it allows us to find things with ease and allows us to feel confident that we can access our history.

Alternatives Considered

I have not used a competitor to Google Vault, so I am not able to compare to other offerings, but as a company that uses the Google Suite for almost everything, it made sense to add this along. We also heard positive reviews from other companies and other resources so we felt confident it was a good choice.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for searching through your data efficiently. Can not access information of a deleted account. Although it does a great job of searching, there could be much better export options. It is really nice to have the email and document retention be automatic so you feel confident that you aren't losing anything that is important in your history.
