Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I enjoy Google Voice very much and personally use it on a daily basis.

Pros and Cons

I enjoy the hands-free option it allows me, as well as the ability to capture my brainstorming ideas!
I enjoy not having to spell-check.
I enjoy not having to punctuate.

My accent gets in the way at times.
Misheard words can be a pain.
Having to speak in a monotone voice to ensure the wording is picked up correctly.

Return on Investment

It has allowed for quicker response times.
Hands-free answering.
If your voice is not recognized it can take more time than usual.

Usability

Google Voice allows for quicker response times for search modes or just in general day to day work.

It has better voice recognition when I drag words when speaking.

Chrome Remote Desktop, Apple Remote Desktop, Apple iCloud

I enjoy using Google voice when brainstorming for reports. It captures the ideas that normally get lost waiting for dictation. It is less appropriate when multiple people are in meetings attempting to use Google Voice, as the voice over conversations do not always pick up.
