Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We utilize Jive & GoTo Connect for our multi-site business. We use it in offices, manufacturing plants, grocery, retail, and agriculture. We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. I am responsible for managing the platform, adding/removing users, maintaining the database, and ensuring a logical order inside of Jive/GoToConnect.

Great system for unified communications! The user interface is easy to learn & use. The texting feature within the app is great as well & it can be turned on/off per user/extension. This allows for flexibility and scalability within the organization.
