Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We utilize Jive & GoTo Connect for our multi-site business. We use it in offices, manufacturing plants, grocery, retail, and agriculture. We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. I am responsible for managing the platform, adding/removing users, maintaining the database, and ensuring a logical order inside of Jive/GoToConnect.
  • The mobile app is intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Scalability - can scale to any size easily.
  • User interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
  • Support is easy to get on the phone and is very knowledgeable about the product,
  • Admin user interface.
  • Reporting/exporting data.
  • Cost savings over 25% from previous provider.
  • Scalability - able to scale to multiple site very well.
  • Customer support - easy to get ahold of and knowledgeable.
Great system for unified communications! The user interface is easy to learn & use. The texting feature within the app is great as well & it can be turned on/off per user/extension. This allows for flexibility and scalability within the organization.

We utilize Jive & GoTo Connect for our multi-site business. We use it in offices, manufacturing plants, grocery, retail, and agriculture. We have around 300 users and rarely have issues with the platform. It works seamlessly between all of our physical locations and is scalable. We have a mix of physical Yealink phones, as well as users using the mobile app for phone calls.
