Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect was able to combine individual business needs for our stores, our call center, and remote workers into one seamless application. While we faced some challenges because our business was unique, GoTo Connect has been helpful in finding ways to have our needs met, and they are continuing to upgrade their services. Our business is unique in a way where we have public stores that have a different way of fielding calls than our call center does. With the use of dial plans, GoTo Connect Contact Center, ring groups, and more, we were able to move all our needs to their company.

When we implemented GoTo, they were still named "Jive" so it was fairly new. There were some hiccups and billing issues but after GoTo continued to work on their service, those hiccups are gone.
Our experience has been great, however, we cannot control in its entirety what platform our vendors and business partners would want to use regarding meetings. For our own purposes, GoTo Meeting and the admin tool have been great. We can easily give people access through their work email and have them up and running in no time.
GoToConnect has a dashboard that an end-user who does not know how to work around GoToConnect can understand at first glance. It is very easy to set up and has a lot of added benefits to its toolkit that a lot of other platforms do not have. Their customer support and knowledge articles have always been great to help out our users who are looking for additional training on it.

GoTo Connect works really well for standard business models and call centers, but if you have specific needs in a unique company like ours, you may need to experiment with what they have so it works for you and your company. For our company, we have multiple brands and there are some features in the contact center that are missing or a disadvantage when you have multiple brands.
