Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar
We use it to deliver seminar or training for the entire business population, or for large audience when the use of our regular meeting tools are exceed (Microsoft Teams).
We are currently reviewing it to deliver HR training or seminar to keep our population informed about policies and/or benefits (for instance, we got a monthly seminar to explain how income tax work and how it affect our payment; we got another monthly seminar to cover which benefits are available to general population, and we use it for All-Hands meeting when our location leads address to the entire population).
In general, we use it to deliver a particular message to the general population, and where we are open to Q&A in writing (question are delivered in written, and are answered in the general audience). Also to address to a large audience that exceed our meeting tools, or that may cause some issues within our internal network)

- Webinar without a client, ready to use from the internet and with a browser
- Webinar to a large audience, to allow users to see the webinar asynchronically
- Webinar to allow for Q&A with participants, when you need some level of control on the question that are being asked (to review, edit or censor them and withouth them available to everyone)
- User experience on web version still need improvement in order to have more clarity on Q&A and other sections
- Incorporate some level of interaction with audience, either thru Polls or Reactions like in other meeting tools
- Ability to reach to the entire population for general purpose communication, when the focus is on sharing information.
- Improve seminar attendance by allow asynchronic review and the ability to pause to avoid missing anything.
