Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Various Sales teams use it to track their activity as well as time sends.
- Track emails.
- Sync emails to Salesforce.
- Build additional email functionality.
- Slowing down gmail (only sometimes).
- Potentially conflicting with other email apps.
- Good ROI for those who use it. Some say they "cannot live without it."
Completely different product and does not work as effectively as Groove for what we would want it to do.
