Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove as the service for our template emails, calendar appointments, and email tracking through our CRM. It has the ability to be used by all departments within the organization. The communication efficacy and quality control tracking is the program/problem it addresses the most. Communication is marketing and reviewed prior which allows for the staff to be tracked on all communication to customers.
- Client support services.
- Ease of access to new users.
- Streamlined email template communication.
- It crashes for users periodically.
- Template emails do not load from time to time.
- It has no video accessibility from user to user.
- Increased quality information in a quick delivery to keep our customers retained.
- Negative is that if Groove is down, our information channel of communication to customers goes down.
- Speedy delivering of information to our customers.
Groove lacks the video capability of these products and the logic within a CRM. It is a supplementary tool but not a one fix solution for a business.
