Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to track sales rep activity as well as organization for prospecting cadences. It allows our reps to be more organized and spend less time trying to track and coordinate outreach.

Sometimes the website can be a little finicky and you have to log in and log out a few times but overall it allows reps to easily track emails without having to add any BCC or anything to their emails and better track their different prospecting cadences.
The sales team probably saves at least 5 hours a week - mostly on organizational tasks they no longer need to do since flows make it easy to track their prospecting and where each contact is in the cadence.
We mostly used BCC to Salesforce for tracking prior to Groove - we had some users evaluate Yesware but the overall ease of use and tracking seemed better with Groove.

Groove is great for maintaining organization for reps who have a lot of outreach or are tasked with a lot of prospecting activity. The support is always super quick and helpful to resolve any issue.
