Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to examine the results of mass email messaging. As well as effective call strategies upon sending emails.
The visibility on open rates, bounced emails, and unopen emails give me leverage to engage with customers to update outdated emails or to accurately target those who do open them.

  • Groove would be helpful with a call feature.

For my current role it does what is needed and is complementary to my other tools. Ease of use makes it almost seamless in the day-to-day functions.
Work has licensed seats so my selection was not by choice however Groove does provide a quality product due to UX ease of use.
