Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to reach out to prospective customers to see if they are interested in learning about Tenable.ad, the product that I sell.
  • Groove lets you know who has or has not opened your email and if you clicked on a link that was provided.
  • It also lets you know how many times the email has been viewed. If it's multiple times, most likely the person has forwarded the email to others to view.
  • You can send out hundreds or thousands of emails at once.
  • It would be nice to be able to send out Groove emails to users that are not in Salesforce
  • Looking at who has opened the email and how many times
  • Templates that can be defined and saved
  • Reminders to follow-up on Flows that have been sent
  • Increased productivity, I can concentrate on other tasks than spending half a day sending out emails to build a business.
  • Being able to collaborate with other colleagues on Grooves/Flows sent.
  • Letting me know that an email has bounced and removing them for the next flow.
I didn't give it a 10 because I was a little confused at first trying to figure things out. I also think there should be an easier way to recover from a Flow that has been deleted. Other than that, I love Groove and plan to use it on a weekly basis to build a pipeline for my sales business.

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Groove makes it so easy to send mass emails to people. You can choose distribution lists by Account or multiple Accounts at once. This allows you to save lots of time since I was sending out emails individually. You can create a template as an email and then choose the variable of the person's name or Company, where Groove will know to pull in that information automatically.
