Overall Satisfaction with Groove

For meeting scheduler for clients so they can choose how long of a meeting they want to have, email flow (see open/unread/create canned responses), integration of emails in Salesforce -- to log outgoing messages, so others in the team also know what's going on, email templates for canned responses or daily emails template to keep emails brief and to the point.

It's great and has an intuitive and pretty UI. I use it daily for my meeting scheduler and sending emails to my clients. It keeps my emails brief and to the point with the templates. What I wish is that the templates are a bit more customizable. It doesn't play nice with tables.
Calendly is too restricted and limited unless I use the paid version. Groove has so much more features on top of the calendar/meeting scheduler.
I do wish both had an automatic Google Meets when a calendar event gets made, though, but it's OK because I have to edit the calendar event anyway. The timezone feature is very nice, as well as the description intro in the calendar itself.

Great for scheduling meetings with clients, creating email templates for daily emails, tracking email open rates, viewing emails that are unread, and logging of emails to Salesforce so team members can pick up where I left off.

Customizable formatting in email templates isn't too great, particularly terrible when tables are involved.
