Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove on a day to day basis. That can be email tracking, flow and template creation, as well as calendar availability and scheduling. I primarily use it from an email tracking and scheduling standpoint, but it has so much capability for a sales org.
  • Flow and Template creation for easy messaging and outreach
  • Calendar availability and scheduling
  • Email tracking to measure opens and clicks
  • I get errors often on my tracked emails, for example, I'll get a bunch of opens at the same time for every email I sent that day, all in the same location
  • I have issues with the chrome extension, it will disappear randomly
  • Flow creation
  • Calendar scheduling
  • Email tracking and logging
  • Integration into SFDC
  • Definitely increased productivity overall
  • More efficient outreach and volume
  • More sales as email tracking has helped me follow up on the right prospects

It is great for an overall sales org, especially when it comes to BDR outreach and messaging. I like it from an AE standpoint, where you can copy and paste templates for outreach, easily schedule meetings, and monitor clicks and opens on your emails to more accurately measure if your messaging is hitting and engaging.
