Groove has Been a Great Decision for My Teams
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
My Sales team, AM team and CS team all use Groove to send/receive emails, make calls, book meetings, update Salesforce to have the highest level of accuracy for the communication with our prospects and customers. Having our CRM (Salesforce) as accurate as possible is my biggest concern and removing the admin time for the reps to make sure this is accurate is very valuable. I want the reps doing their jobs and doing as little admin as possible but also assuring we have everything documented and recorded in the CRM.
Pros
- Segmented sales outreach - Flows
- Logging all interactions with a prospect or customer directly in the CRM realtime
- Giving the prospect, customer and rep an easy solution to book meetings
Cons
- Voicemail
- SMS automation
- Logging of activities in Salesforce - calls, emails, sms, meetings, etc.
- Omnibar - allows my team to work where they prefer: email inbox, Salesforce, Groove site, etc.
- Calendar booking - full calendar view or specific times the rep chooses
- We have been able to reduce headcount on the front end of our team as a result of Groove automating much of the top of funnel outreach. Freeing up the Sales reps to sell more efficiently and needing less layers.
- Reduction of wasted admin time cannot be truly proven by data but the time my reps save not adding everything to Salesforce has been amazing for productivity and accuracy.
- Salesloft and Close
I prefer Groove over Salesloft, Outreach.io, Close.io, etc because it designed for the rep not the manager or the administrator. Makes the rep life easier which increased productivity and provides accuracy in the CRM. My reps have adopted Groove so much faster than any alternative.
