Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use it to organize my communication with customers, get my prospect's attention, set up follow up cadences and also create master flow for the team to use consistent messagings. I also use Groove to track email open/clicks as well as call and log calls. Groove can pull and push data into saleforce to save my time

I use Groove every week to organize email campaigns and almost everyone to track emails and calls, so I think this is a good tool to organize my communication with customers, get my prospect's attention, set up follow up cadences and also create master flow for the team to use consistent messagings, etc.
I have not extensively used Zoominfo, but quick feedback is Groove has more user friendly window and better training system

send promo emails to >100 contacts and leads, Groove is a perfect tool to send mass emails and i can choose "send later" to decide the best time to reach out to customers; follow up a lead usually takes multiple touchpoints, Groove helps to keep on track of those new leads.
