I used groove daily in my job, I sent flows comprised of texts and email campaigns to all my contacts at different touch points monthly. I use groove scheduler to schedule meetings with contacts and use the analytics to track my activity on a weekly basis.

- Groove has helped me get in front of my customers which is directly impacting engagement and retention. The ability to send customized bulk messages at regular intervals has had a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
- The scheduling link has made me more accessible to my customers, just including it in my emails gives them the ability to book time with me when it works for them. This has impacted the relationship in a positive way as they know they can reach me when they need assistance.
