Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The use of Groove makes everything easier because I can track the views on the email that I send to my clients. I use this as my leverage when contacting some of my unresponsive clients. groove also gives me the idea of acknowledgement because I can see when they are viewing the emails that I've sent.

I am incredibly happy when using Groove because it makes my workload much easier. The notification also helps me know that my recipient have already received my email. thus, making conversations and threads much easier. Groove is also user friendly because all you need to do is to link groove to Salesforce and everything will follow.
I use both Salesforce and Groove and I must say, Groove is way better because it is user friendly and not hard to use. I was able to be more productive when using Groove because of how easy it is to use. I will choose Groove more than any other platforms.

Email conversation between client and customer. It notifies the sender if they have already viewed the email. Thus, giving both parties the sense of urgency to reply or to acknowledge each other. Groove gives a sense of security to both users by making them know that their email is being acknowledged.
