Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove for email, sms and call actions. I think manual sending of emails, typing of SMS, and entering phone numbers to dial. With Groove everything is automatic. Communication scope.
- Analytics is very useful to see where you at for the day like productivity wise
- Flows are very helpful to track how many pending actions you have and those required to have a follow-up.
- Templates I can create my own template and edit it anytime.
- Auto Update- right now we need to check in for updates manually it doesn't auto-update
- Connecting call issue- sometimes when we clicked on the phone number it's just connecting even after restarting the dialer
- Messages I hope we could read previous messages I noticed once it's read it disappears from the recent tab of the dialer
- Call, text, and email function
- Action and flow tab
- Analytics
- I would say increased productivity by 90% since we are being monitored per activity
- If I would compare Groove with ringdna I would say most of us highly prefer Groove because it's a user friendly
- Customer satisfaction by 80% since all of the interactions via email is automated
