Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is used as an internal knowledge-base. It ensures that everyone has access to relevant information and we don't have to spend time tracking down long forgotten slack threads. It also helps us create standardized processes and procedures. To sum up Guru is invaluable for increasing our efficiency and we use it across all departments and all levels.

I think Guru is well suited once you reach a point where you find yourself constantly context switching to find information or when you are spending a lot of time just trying to understand changes or processes that happened that you were not involved in. This will happen once you scale past the company size of like 10 employees in my experience.
