Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap is used widely across our organization. It is a huge help in unlocking individual insights for users and user behaviors.
  • Individual-level data
  • Retroactive tracking
  • Customizable
  • UI can be clunky
  • Hard for new users to know what to do
  • Needs someone really maintaining it or it gets unwieldy
  • Easier to understand results of tests
Once you've used it for a while, it is very easy to use. It can be a bit tricky to start using.
It's pretty fast.
Heap has non-aggregated data so it's much more insightful.
