Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap to analyze customer interactions with our tool. This allows us insight into where customers are getting stuck in order to help improve their experience.
  • Track customer events within our tool.
  • Dashboard Analytics.
  • Reporting
  • Better KB to help show what all the filters can do.
  • Dashboards can be cumbersome to create as a newer user

Yes

Heap is a great tool to view high-level metrics over usage within our tool. It can be hard to identify smaller subgroups of data. We have found success while using this tool to help drive some customer behavior where we saw deficiencies.
