Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We are a global company with teams in New Zealand, Australia and India. Prior to the implementation of Hibob, we didn't have a global HR system, so people managing teams located across countries would need to access 3 different HR systems making team views of reporting difficult. After the implementation of Hibob, we can see organisation structure, team based reporting and centralised leave management. It's made a significant difference.

  • Some of the reporting isn't as intuitive as it could be as a user. Annual leave reports (i.e. how many days outstanding) isn't a pre-set report and it should be.
  • Organisation structure could have some kind of "dotted line" functionality.
  • Centralised management of teams across multiple countries
  • Centralised repository of people policies and benefits
  • My Voice and ability to use it for our Whistleblowing procedures and provide anonymity to our people.
  • Kudos for recognition
  • Reduction in time required for team leaders and managers by removing multiple HR systems.

Overall very happy with the toolkit provided by Hibob. Apart from the normal administration, leave and reporting functions, we use Kudos for recognition and are in the process of implementing My Voice as part of our Whistleblowing policy and procedures. Hibob has been great at simplifying management of global teams and removing the need for multiple HR systems. A couple of things that could be better are annual leave reporting and the ability to add "dotted line" reporting in the organisation chart, however overall it's an easy system to use and has made a significant improvement to team leaders with a multi-located team.
