Overall Satisfaction with Highspot

Clearwater Analytics uses Highspot in Sales to keep the most up-to-date sales collateral, email pitches, and onboarding/training material. We use the targeted content feature to showcase collateral in Salesforce - and organize by market vertical. Highspot tells us which pieces of content command the most engagement, who opens our email pitches, how long they view the content, and what content isn't as impactful. We also enjoy the Analytics functionality to show us what content has not been updated within a certain timeframe, who updated the content last, and any duplicate content.
Highspot was very easy to implement and customize for our organization. The UI is appealing and easy to navigate.

Highspot helped our Sales organization store the most up-to-date collateral developed by our Product Marketing team. We no longer have to search through SharePoint or internal drives, and we have helped salespeople move away from using outdated content they may have stored on their machines.
Highspot has helped us identify what content is most impactful with our prospects and what content is not getting the attention we'd anticipate.
Highspot has unified Sales and Marketing teams to work together instead of in silos.
