Overall Satisfaction with HireRight
We are required to use HireRight by the client that we work at as a pre-access item for our employees to be background checked in order for them to get onsite. The reasoning for this is so that our client can assure that all employees have been checked for violent criminal history that could endanger their products or consumers.

- HireRight has allowed us to serve our clients more effectively and efficiently by being able to provide quick background checks for employees to get onsite and get the work done.
- HireRight has made more work for us by not allowing us to see background checks past 150 days.
- HireRight allows easy application on the employee's end that they can fill out easily. No need to sign up for an account. The employer sends an invitation email to the employee and they fill out their information and go on their way.
HireRight is not on the same level as One Source Background Checks. They provide more detailed reports and background check history. They are able to customize your background checks. They also integrate well with our ATS. One Source also holds background check data on file for 2 years. We also use them for an OSCC contractor certifier, which I don't think HireRight does.
