Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro
HootSuite Pro was being used only by our Marketing team to update all of our Social Media platforms, at the time we had 4 different platforms. We used this mostly every day to update all of our platforms at 1 time, this really saved us some time. We also liked the scheduling tool, this was great for when we were out of the office or for weekend posts!
- Being able to post to all of our Social Media platforms at 1 time. Huge time saver!
- Scheduling out our posts was my favorite feature by far. It was great and really went along with our marketing automation system.
- Simple to use.
- The overall look and functionality of the home page could have been better.
2 - Marketing for all 4 divisions of the company.
- It really helped kick-start our Social Media presence and with such a low monthly price it really went over 100% for our ROI!
Never used anything but HootSuite Pro.
