Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

HotSchedules is implemented in our management of receptionist/assistants/front desk supervisors and inventory managers. This allows for ease of scheduling employees and allowing them to check and switch schedules. Communication between employees has also increased since they are allowed to message each other when they are away from their actual jobs.
  • Allow receptionist/assistants to easily swap shifts
  • Managers have a much easier time scheduling staff members
  • Managers are able to hold employees accountable for shifts, with time stamping and the ability to see when a message was opened

We had a manager who was locked out and it was an easy fix. HotSchedules' staff walked us through how to get them the right access and we were back to working in minutes.
We use it daily to keep track of our receptionist and assistants. When you are dealing with younger men and women, it is nice to be able to give them tools to help themselves succeed. Mostly all of them own a cell phone and are able to check in for the day, review their schedules and swap shifts with ease. The fact that it allows managers to approve shift swaps is a bonus! It is so easy to use as well as the help line.
