Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

We use HotSchedules to schedule employees, performance, communication between staff/managers and for assigning tasks.
  • Schedules
  • Log Book
  • Assigning tasks - it is NOT very user-friendly and follow-up is very difficult.
  • Staff log book/recalling instances/performance. It would be nice to be able to look up an employee and see all notes on their record instead of trying to recall dates that you think an incident occurred.
  • Generating interaction between staff/managers.
