Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot across the sales and marketing departments to give us detailed information on prospects and leads particularly how they found us and their research journey. We also use it to schedule emails to our contacts and track success of our blog etc.
  • Lead history including source, page views and visits
  • Tracking blog success
  • Tracking lead generation
  • Great support when you need it at all stages of using Hubspot
  • The email editing can be quite cumbersome, the fonts and spacing can have a mind of their own sometimes
  • Blog edits can take a long time as you can't jump straight to edit in the drop down listing, you have to enter the record first
  • Better customer service
  • Better lead management and prioritising
  • Better knowledge of the engagement of a contact (email opens etc)
We have spent a long time integrating it with our systems and really value the knowledge HubSpot gives us. It is a valuable tool for our sales execs and marketing team in this respect as it provides valuable information for each in assessing leads and strategy.
