Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We are a HubSpot partner, we started using HubSpot for lead generation in our own business a couple of years ago and liked using it so much we became a partner. Now we use the platform to help business owners execute their inbound marketing strategies and grow their businesses. The biggest challenge we use HubSpot to address is generating new leads for customers.
  • A single platform that integrates typically disparate digital marketing tools into one tool, from content management and social media through analytics and SEO. This is great for companies with stretched resources or a marketing team of one.
  • Their support team is second to none. I don't know of any other company that is as responsive and looks after their customers and partners as well as Hubspot.
  • Education, HubSpot provides some of the best training for customers and partners.
  • The CRM needs some work, but hey, who's complaining it's free
  • Sometimes the backend can be a little slow but nothing that isn't managable
  • Improvement in site visit to lead conversion.
  • It gives us everything we need, in a single platform, to be successful at inbound marketing.
  • Investment in HubSpot has paid of hugely in terms of getting our team trained and knowledgable - they have an excellent training and certification academy.
  • Infusionsoft,Marketo Marketing Automation,ActiveCampaign
Essentially, they are all great platforms, some more feature rich than others. We use HubSpot because it's a great platform and the HubSpot team is excellent to work with. We know that when we run into a challenge, we can pickup the phone, dial their support team, have the phone answered by a human being, and our support issue resolved really quickly. HubSpot, put simply, loves their customers.
What is their current sales process is in terms of capturing leads? Do they have any custom lead forms with processing intelligence? How many contacts they have in their database?

In part HubSpot is licensed based on the number of contacts. For companies with large contact lists, there will be a cost implication, it is important to take this into consideration when looking at the platform.

Using HubSpot

6 - The entire marketing team uses Hubspot including our Social Media Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Web Designer, Management team.
6 - Essentially, one person could support Hubspot. The person may need some design skills, but otherwise the tool is really easy to use and all training provided if available free online.
