Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

At our company, HubSpot is currently being used by the marketing and sales departments. It has been huge in helping us level up our automation, inbound marketing, and personalization. Sales loves being able to see exactly what activities a user has taken on our site and when. From a marketing perspective, it makes it easier to identify marketing qualified leads.

  • Our data is structured many to one and HubSpot is more set up to handle one to one data structures. That has been our biggest challenge.
It's well suited for personalization and data optimization. It's also great for easily passing leads on to your sales team. It's not as well suited when trying to manage contacts who are associated with multiple "companies" or "products" you might be trying to sell them.
