Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CMS Hub
I am the account executive here using HubSpot every day. It runs our pipeline and is where we implement all of our notes/data. Extremely helpful tool that consolidates information and helps us run our sales team. Sales can get really messy with information in many different places, but HubSpot is essential in our consolidation and metrics we keep for employees.

- Sequencing has gotten worse over my 2 years. Templates are super strange.
- Running our whole pipeline through HubSpot has helped us close 14 deals in 2023. Management loves the transparency it provides.

We have about 10 seats that were needed. Wanted a sales platform that had good status and reputation. HubSpot was the best choice for me given Salesforce not being the best in the past. Price was appealing and our team liked the overlay. Other options do not provide the same ability with data.
